Yes. Many of the people who walk through the door haven’t trained in a long time, or ever. Your program will begin at your current level and build from there.

We talk through your goals, schedule, past injuries, and what has or hasn’t worked before. You’ll move through a few simple assessments, so I can understand and program for how your body moves. Yes. Self Sufficient Fitness is a private, one on one training studio. You won’t be working out in a crowded gym or competing for equipment. It is focused, supportive, and distraction free.

Preferred rates are available to new clients, as well as healthcare workers and educators. Please mention it during your consultation.

I always make sure that you are cleared for exercise through the appropriate avenues. If you are, absolutely. Training emphasizes mobility, joint stability, and strength built the right way. We modify appropriately and make it safe.

Yes, I am open from 5:00am til approximately 5:30pm. I do not train late night, as I take that time to enjoy my family time!

Yes, I train on Saturdays, but slots are limited.

Most clients train 2-3 times per week. We will create a plan that best fits your goals and your life. 1 session per week is a good catalyst for change, but will be mostly maintenance. 2-3 times per week, with me, or at home, will help you progress more efficiently.

Yes! Aside from being a golfer, I am a TPI Certified Golf Fitness Coach. Programs cover all rotational sport, including ones like pickleball, tennis, hockey, baseball, etc.

Yes. Self Sufficient Fitness is open to all ages, as long as they are cleared for exercises. I have trained with clients as young as 7 and as old as 80+

No long-term contracts. Consistency matters, but flexibility matters too. You do, however, sign a liability release as well as a consent to perform the consultation assessment, upon meeting.

Yes. I train up to 3 individuals at once. I will have a consultation with all clients to make sure I am programming effectively. Any more than 3 and I do not feel the client will receive the most out of me as their trainer. I have trained siblings, spouses, friends, and families.
I do not have classes at this moment.
